How to convert a single frame from iMovie for a photo in iPhoto?

I have a finished project in iMovie, where I left 19 different frames of a movie that each sequence of a golf swing. It is now in my iMovie library project duration to 1 second between each frame. However I'm not sure what can be converted into iPhoto or a JPEG / PDF so you can print the photos out. Is there a step I'm missing or just I can not find? Is there any other application that needs before going through iPhoto?

1. Go to the Actions menu and select "Export to fast time …". In that window, select menu, slideshow movie. " 2. Once you have this selected, you can either export or click preset options Click the Options button and choose the type of image, frame rate, compression settings and even specific image format. (Configuration compression found by clicking the button below "Options".) 3. Go ahead and click "Save" and navigate to the destination folder. There you will find one or more images with the image name you gave and a number.
