Please provide your opinion of OS golf clubs -steel shafts, the year 2005 – 2006 models?
Over sized golf clubs serve to 6+ handicapper well. If you are not scratch you are not good enough to hit blades. The forgiveness and ease provides significant advantage over blades. There are now some perimeter weighted over sized forged blades but they are the exception. regarding the OS cavity backed cast clubs, each individual model is slightly different and a player need to try them before he buys them Callaway x18′s are awesome, Ping I5′s (my clubs) a player’s version of a G5 cast club provides the best feel and control, even if they are a little shorter, Taylor made RAC both OS, HT & LT are sold choices. Titileist & Cobra are lagging the field after years of being right up their, I haven’t tried the Nike sling shot OSS irons,they are probably woth trying. To save a few bucks check out the link of clones below. If you can afford the over priced irons today do but a name brand.
