I eat more or less?

So I'm trying to lose weight this year I have lost 30 pounds from now I'm 200. for breakfast breakfast, I like a banana and vitamins including two with a bottle of water and a granola bar, sometimes 2 weightlifting them.after I have lunch and I eat cheese sticks Juice Pack (2) water or apple juice and maybe a small bag of popcorn. for dinner tonight I ate two tacos and a small little yellow rice with water … Even after school working on my own i run a mile and do something else for my body tone. playing golf on the weekend and I can back to the gym … my real question is that I eat to much or too little? I add different foods and try to eat fruit flies? i eat three meals a day …

You should eat more than that, and you must change what you eat a little. And instead of three large meals, six meals of 300 calories (1800 calories per day should be the minimum) to maintain your blood sugar stable. Cheese is bad for you, you have lots of saturated fat.
