Tennis Training * …* serious?
Hello my name is Kevin and I am 21 years old. I love playing tennis and golf. I was hoping to make some The courses, but that fell by the wayside. I am currently looking in my tennis game pushing as far as possible. I can play almost 4.5-5 level and want to do as much as possible before it is too late (not giving up on my dreams) I would like to know what a good workout or daily diet is? I did research, but professional support would be great, even if you know a good way to find a coach that would be great … THANK YOU!
Achieve a professional tennis requires a lot of things. It is a raw talent, perseverance and you have to love what you do. I suggest the formation of 2-3 hours per day with a personal trainer. Then play in many tournaments and face other players on their level. You can learn a lot from other players. Good luck with your dream and not give up!
